RA`AH Ministry – Statement of Faith
We believe that the Bible is the living, God-breathed Word — inspired, infallible, unchanging and trustworthy. It is our foundation for truth, instruction, correction, and righteousness. Through it, we understand God’s heart, His plan of redemption, and our purpose as His people.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
God
There is one true, sovereign God — eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator, Sustainer, and Redeemer of all.
(Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Isaiah 45:5-6)
Creation
God created the heavens and the earth and formed man and woman in His image. We were created for relationship, worship, and to reflect His glory on earth.
(Genesis 1:26-27; Genesis 2:7, 18-24; Colossians 1:16)
The Fall
Sin entered the world through Adam and Eve’s disobedience, resulting in separation from God. The root of rebellion began with Satan, but God’s mercy already had a plan of redemption.
(Genesis 3:1-24; Romans 5:12; Isaiah 59:2; Revelation 12:9)
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died a sacrificial death, and rose again in power. He is the only way, truth, and life. Through His blood we are reconciled to the Father.
(Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:35; John 14:6; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Romans 5:9-11)
Salvation
Salvation is a free gift from God, received by grace through faith. When we repent, believe, and confess Jesus as Lord, we are made new, sealed by His Spirit, and adopted into God’s eternal family.
(Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9-10; John 1:12; Acts 2:38; Titus 3:5)
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit dwells in all who believe — He teaches, comforts, convicts, empowers, and equips us for godly living. He is the seal of our inheritance and the power behind our transformation.
(John 14:16-17, 26; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9-16; Ephesians 1:13-14; Galatians 5:22-25)
Marriage
Marriage is a divine covenant between one man and one woman. It reflects Christ’s love for His Church and is rooted in mutual love, service, and faithfulness.
(Genesis 1:27; Genesis 2:18-25; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:22-33; Revelation 19:6-9)
Sexuality
Sexual intimacy is a sacred gift designed for marriage between one man and one woman. God calls us to purity and to flee from all forms of sexual immorality.
(Genesis 1:26-28; Exodus 20:14; Leviticus 18:22; Matthew 5:27-28; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:18-20; Hebrews 13:4)
Gender Identity
God created male and female in His image, each beautifully distinct and complementary. We honour His design by embracing the gender assigned by Him from birth.
(Genesis 1:26-27; Genesis 2:22-24; Psalm 139:13-16; Matthew 19:4-5; Mark 10:6-7)
Holiness & Witness
Acknowledging our sin and receiving God’s grace leads to a life of holiness and purpose. Believers are called to reflect the character of Christ, pursue godliness, abstain from evil, and be active in the life of the Church.
(1 Peter 1:14-16; Philippians 2:14-16; Titus 2:11-14; Hebrews 10:25; Matthew 5:16; 1 Thessalonians 5:22)
Eternity
Those who receive Jesus as Lord are promised eternal life with God. Those who reject Him remain eternally separated. Heaven and hell are real, and the Gospel gives us the hope of eternal life.
(John 3:16-18; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:11-15; Matthew 25:46)
The Return of Christ
Jesus Christ will return as the righteous King and Judge. Every eye will see Him. He will establish His eternal kingdom and create a new heaven and a new earth.
(Acts 1:11; Revelation 1:7; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 21:1-4)
